Knowledge DB – USB Hardlock damaged or lost

If your USB Hardlock is damaged or lost, please contact our support team at support@relux.com or by using the form below.

In order to process your request as fast as possible, we require

- Client number as it appears on the invoice upon purchase of the licence.


- The Hardlock number in order to disable it in case it got stolen or lost. 

As soon as we disable the lost/damaged hardlock, we will send you a new one (new hardlock and shipping costs will apply).
